updated Autodesk License Service (圆4) - 7.1.4 in the Control Panel. You can check to see if it installed by viewing the "Installed On" date for Autodesk License Service (圆4) in the Programs area of the Control Panel. After uninstalling the two rogue programs I found in the Uninstall Tool in the Autodesk folder in the Start menu and rebooting the computer, the Licensing Service finally installed. Initially I only used the Windows Control Panel to uninstall and was having issues getting the new Autodesk Licensing Service 9.
Make sure to use the Uninstall Tool in the Autodesk folder in the Start menu to make sure you found all the 2020 products. This solution worked for me by only uninstalling 2020 products.
